Pinon Hills Community Information
Pinon Hills is referred to the area where "the
desert meets the mountains". Pinon Hills is
located below Wrightwood along the foothills of
the San Gabriel Mountains in San Bernardino
County. The unincorporated town is located along
Highway 138, Pearblossom Highway.
It is 15 minutes from
Wrightwood, 8 minutes from Phelan, and 25
minutes to the Victor Valley.
Utilities are provided by Southern California
Edison, Verizon, Southwest Gas and local propane
companies. Septic systems are currently
utilized. Water is obtained through San
Bernardino County Services agencies.
The elevation of Pinon Hills is about 4,100
feet. That means is can be cold in the
winter. Occasionally, light snow may fall.
